Very hot in the room,room overlooking the village very noisy because of traffic;without elevator

The welcome could not be warmer, staff and management here so kind, restaurant superb, rooms on garden side lovely, would stay again without hesitation.

I recently had a really good stay at a hotel in Greoux-les-Bains. the value for money was excellent. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and I particularly loved the fact that our room had a terrace, offering a charming view of the surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Everything was fine and did not disappoint.

The hotel was very clean with reasonable facilities. However the room was quite warm with no air conditioning and our room was next to a main road through the town and therefore could be noisy. Also the breakfast was not up to the standard one would expect for this quality of hotel with poor service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the centre of a charming town and had a wonderful experience. the value for money was exceptional. Despite being located in such a prime location, the prices were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were well-equipped and kept spotlessly clean, with all amenities I could ask for. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

All aspects of my stay were perfectly fine.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the swimming pool was an attraction but we could not use it as the weather was bad. Restaurant was good for dinner. Breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choice.

The location was not good as a base to visit the Gorges du Verdon.

It needs more demarcation between restaurant, car park and room patios. We were awoken, quite late at night, by 2 guys from the restaurant, sitting on our patio/terrace chatting. Evidently they had exited the restaurant to have a smoke. Some time later I was awoken by a man and his dog on same terrace. It seems that people can just wander in to what I would classify as hotel property, where cars are parked and rooms open onto an public area. Not impressed and cancelled the reservation we'd booked for our return journey. We won't be going back. John Young, Warrington.

Our stay in this hotel was great. The location couldn't be better, being right in the center of town. We loved the convenience of having amazing restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful wet room bathroom. The breakfast was substantial and enjoyable. We enjoyed the great facilities such as the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We also liked the option of having a minibar in the room for the night.

The room that we stayed in was quite small and lacked a view.

Perfect location to visit lots of interesting sites in the district of "Alpes-de-Haute-Provence". Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms, swimming- pool and view on the ancient Castle.

Considering daily rates, the minimum mandadory standard was to have cleaned towels everyday.

This hotel is excellent value for money and is located right in the heart of the town. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our visit. The breakfast provided was satisfactory and gave us a good start to the day. One highlight was the pool area, which was very welcoming and provided a refreshing escape from the heat.

The only minor issue we encountered was a small need for improvement in one aspect, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with two teenage daughters. It offered everything we needed at a reasonable price for the area.

I know wet rooms are trendy, but with 4 of us using the bathroom, everything was constantly wet

The rating for this hotel is much lower than it deserves. The room was great with an amazing shower. The restaurant was excellent and the pool was good for the kids. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in France.

The second night we had to change rooms. It had no air conditioning & with the windows open the road noise continued like a motorway throughout the night. None of us slept & regretted staying on. It was a big contrast to the first night which was excellent. Ensure your room is air conditioned!
